Greg Bryant, the Director of Capacity Plus Group, has over 30 years’ experience supporting students with disabilities in schools in the Newcastle and Hunter region and is passionate about making a difference. He understands the many challenges that exist for people living with a disability and works hard to ensure that support programs are tailored to meet individual needs and goals and provided by carefully matched staff with relevant skills and interests.

Mitchell Devonshire has worked in Safety and Training for 15 years. He understands the importance of getting safety, training and safeguarding policies and procedures right so that participants can access the quality of support they truly deserve. He is also passionate about supporting those in our community who live with a disability, his focus and input helping to ensure high quality support.
