Role Overview

As a Support Worker at Capacity Plus Group, you’ll provide consistent support to people with diverse disabilities, helping them work towards their goals. You’ll follow risk plans, show initiative, and keep clear, up-to-date records using our app-based system.

About You

You will demonstrate empathy towards others and truly value the relationships you build along the way. You will be kind, respectful, thoughtful and reliable. You will understand the important role that Disability Support Workers play in enriching the lives of people in our community who live with a disability.

Skills and Experience

Experience in the disability sector is by no means essential but is preferred. Basically, if you possess the right attributes and a can-do attitude along with a willingness to grow with us, we want you on board
