Greg Bryant
Managing Director
Greg is a senior leader with over 28 years of teaching experience in mainstream and Special Education settings across Australia and the UK, including executive roles supporting students with complex needs and overseeing transition-to-adulthood pathways. His work has consistently focused on building strong teams, effective communication systems, and environments that enable individuals to thrive.
For the past three years, Greg has led CPG as Managing Director, bringing strategic capability, behavioural insight, and calm, structured leadership into the NDIS sector. He is recognised for his ethical approach, clear communication, and commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable structures for participants and staff alike.
Outside of work, Greg enjoys staying active, playing music and spending time with his friends and family. He values authenticity, collaboration, and creating environments where people feel supported and valued.
Maurice Mukunzi
Assistant Manager
Maurice is an emerging leader in the disability sector, bringing strong operational capability and a positive leadership style to his role as Assistant Manager. With hands-on experience across banking, residential aged care and community-based NDIS supports, he plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of CPG.
He oversees staff compliance, coordinates training and support plans, manages rostering and service delivery, and supports risk reporting and incident management. Maurice is known for his positive nature, strong communication skills, and ability to build trust with clients, families, and staff.
Outside of work, Maurice enjoys spending time at the gym, connecting with family and friends, and continuing to build his skills as a young leader in the sector. He brings energy, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to quality care.
Claire Mason
House Manager
Claire has worked in the NDIS sector for the past 3-4 years. In her progressive roles of Support Worker, Case Worker and House Manager, she has supported participants with a wide range of needs, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and managed day-to-day operations within complex and challenging residential environments.
Claire is known for her warm, positive, and down-to-earth approach, and for building genuine, trusting relationships with the people she supports. Her strengths include developing person-centred support plans, ensuring safe and consistent service delivery, and creating environments where participants feel heard, respected, and empowered.
Before moving into the disability and mental health sector, Claire gained experience across education, childcare, and wellbeing — including working at a boarding school in England, supporting AFL programs with the Sydney Swans, and managing a before and after-school care program. Outside of work, she loves the outdoors, spending time with her Groodle, family and friends — whether at the beach, the gym, on the golf course, or at lawn bowls.
Rosanna Russo
Business Administration
Rosanna brings extensive experience across Accounting, Banking, and Advisory services, now applying her financial expertise to the operational needs of the NDIS environment. With a strong background in compliance and financial governance, she plays a key role in supporting CPG's internal systems and ensuring smooth, accurate financial processes.
In her Business Administration role, Rosanna oversees invoicing, staff pay, financial risk monitoring, and the development of efficient financial structures. Her cross-sector experience spanning government and small business gives her a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, budgeting frameworks, and the unique financial challenges faced by NDIS providers.
Rosanna is valued for her precision, reliability, and ability to bring clarity to complex financial processes — helping the organisation maintain strong operational foundations and high-quality service delivery.
Rob Bastow

Rob (Crux Digital) provides external support to CPG across website design, social media, and digital branding. With a strong understanding of communication strategies and visual identity, he helps ensure that CPG presents a professional, ethical, and consistent message across all online platforms.
He recognises that CPG's strength lies in its outcomes, relationships, and reputation — and ensures the communication style reflects that. Rob's approach focuses on clarity, integrity, and maintaining a tone that reflects CPG's commitment to ethical quality care and genuine outcomes.
